The sweat pants win the battle

Well, I've caved. I spent all day Monday in stretchy leggings, a big t-shirt, and to complete the look, slouch socks. Yes, folks, I still have socks from the 80's. This is the first time in my "motherhood" career that I've given in to the temptation, and let me tell you, it felt FREAKIN' FANTASTIC!!! I felt so liberated I even took another stab at that stupid "Fat Burning for Dummies" video. I was already in the uniform, might as well exercise. I was sooooo comfy all day. Now I know why Moms look the way they do!! In fact, I spent Tuesday morning in the same outfit, until Girl Terror peed on my lap. Then I pulled the scrunchy out of my hair and dressed in my boring, normal clothes which do not celebrate my ass dimples. Sigh.

Awesome post Lady; Unfortunate I am only 18, so I was BORN in the 80's ha ha! :-)

Although, I think MY mom knows what you are talking about. ;-)

I have to say that when we have "at home" days I have the same attire. XL t-shirt. Black leggings. Thick white sweatsocks. Sometimes the hair is in a ponytail. Sometimes the hair is in a hat. It's an easy outfit to lounge and run around with the kiddos in. Nothing binding. Don't think you're the only one who finds it comfy--there are a bunch of us I'm sure! **Graceful**
