Hubby and I have been watching "Lost" on DVD. We missed the entire first season, but so many people recommended it we decided to rent it and give it a try. Well, we ended up buying the first season. Anyway, we just have the season finale left to watch. I have loved, loved, loved every minute so far, but I have a few issues. Just little things, really, but they bug me.
-Where are all the clean, white clothes coming from? How many fitted clean shirts can Kate possibly have?
-Okay, maybe some of the women found purses and what-not. But shouldn't they be running out of make-up and hairspray soon? Who has time in the jungle to put on lipstick?
-No one except Charlie has appeared to get a haircut, yet the hair doesn't seem to grow. In fact, I think Hurley's hair got shorter!
-Speaking of Hurley, shouldn't that boy be getting smaller? He's eating fruit and protein, hiking vast areas of jungle, and yet a month has passed with no noticeable weight loss. I love Hurley, don't get me wrong, he's my favourite character, but I think this would be the diet of the century!
-Claire just had a baby. Somehow, miraculously, she gave birth to a clean, 3 month old baby. Instantly, she has a new wardrobe. Clothes that fit her perfectly. And she looks fantastic. If every woman looked that good after childbirth, we'd all be popping out kids every year.
I think that's all for now. I realize these aren't exactly the mysteries of the ages, but it's what's on my mind. That's me, the woman obsessing about haircuts, when really the big question should be "What the hell is that cable connected to?!"
